Betsy Thurlo How do you force all users to clear temp and temporary internet files when logging off (we use roaming profiles if that makes any difference)?

The temp and temporary internet files directories are by default excluded from the roaming profiles so there should not be a need to empty them. You can check the description for the group policy setting User configuration - Administrative Templates - System - User profiles - Exclude directories in roaming profiles to verify.
With this policy you can add more folders to exclude but these folder should already be excluded.

Justin Holland I’d recommend running the DELPROF utility on a nightly basis, in addition to the other things you are doing.
