Some info we only buy printers that are certified to work with Citrix. We choose HP but still we have encountered issues with drivers that are certified as been ok. We have taken decision to move to the HP universal driver and everything seems ok. We have over 90 different HP printer models and in total over 800 HP networked printers. As I said in an earlier post the older version of the HP Universal seems to have a few issues but the new version looks alot moore stable.
This would be my advice try use the HP Universal Driver if possible. The less drivers you have the more stable your enviroment. Although the Universal looks stable always test before deploying, that goes for all printer drivers. |
