Citrix 4.5 Citrix Print Manager Service issue

Gayee Lau Every so often, the citrix print manager service would stop. I have to constantly monitor it and restart every time. Does anyone know why this is occuring and what I can do to fix this? Thank you.
Rod Halverson grant the local ctx_ accounts local admin access. Set your printer service to auto restart on all three lines.
gaurab You can either try running the Citrix Print Manager service with Local System account or recreate the default “ctx_cpsvcuser” account. Also have a look at the link http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX113789 which may help you in fixing this issue.
