Citrix 1.x - Failed to Generate Process Summary Report - c0160b56

I am getting the following error message when trying to run reports from the Summary Database — “Failed to Generate Process Summary Report. Check that the DBMS and Database Connection Servers, and the IMA connection to the Database Connection Servers are working properly. Error Code: c0160b56

I am running MetaFrame XPe, FR3/SP4 on Win2K SP4.

I already have the hotfix installed that has been referenced before: RME103W2K005 (now fixed by MF SP4)

I’ve seen the reference to RME102W008 and RME102W013 … but that one is for older installations with FR2.

Any ideas at all on how to fix this one?

Misja Geuskens The CMC connection to the SummaryDB is working properly. ODBC testing is OK. The hotfixes you mentioned are applied.

Our DB admin fixed the problem by deleting de Stored Procedures in the SummaryDB and restore them.
