On a windows 2003 server, we have the citrix metaframe presentation server 3.0.1 installed.
I want to remove this but during the uninstall I get the error
“Error 25623. Could not unregister the subsystem ImaNDS.dll. Ensure that the IMA Service is running and the connection to the datastore is available. To ignore this error run the uninstall with the property CTX_MF_FORCE_SUBSYSTEM_UNINSTALL set to “yes”. COnsult your administration guide for help uninstalling with command line parameters“.
So I tried to uninstall with the command:
“c:\windows\system32\msiexec /x “p:\metaframe presentation server\mps.msi” ctx_mf_force_subsystem_uninstall=yes but here I get the error :
This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
So I can’t uninstall the software. Anyone who has an idea how I should solve this problem?
