Jody Howard I ran through the article at CTX 103163 and still am getting a timeout for external users at 20 miutes despite updating IIS on the Web Interface servers.

Any thoughts? It there a windows policy that can be causing the timeout session in a Windows 2000 Active Directory?
Lee Mathre Have you looked at CTX103672? Besides the iis setting, there is a change that needs to be made to the web.config file. Also, make sure that you have restarted iis.
Jody Howard I just added the settings from the article to the following to %26lt;sessionState timeout=”60″ /%26gt;. I’ll monitor it and see how it works.
