Citrix 4.5 Citrix default printer not available

Derek Fenner Have a reoccuring problem with some, but not all users on our network.Whatever printer is set as their default printer in Citrix, states it is unavailable and to add a printer.To get around it I can change the default to a Citrix or Local printer name that goes to the same physical printer and it works fine.Then I will have to do the same work around the next day or next login. It affects only users in Citrix, printing outside of Citrix is unaffected.We have three servers with Citrix, but it does not matter which server they are on as it occurs when logged on to either.Any ideas?

Mario Vicente hi James, I have the same problem, would you tell me where I have to run those tools? on the client or server?
