Citrix Licensing Multiple instances of servers on the License server
| Brian Gavin | I was just looking at the License Management Console and I found a strange thing that has happened. Under the number of servers in use, I see that it shows multiple entries for the same server under the server listing. Why is this happening and how can I clean it up? I also show a large amount of client licenses in use where I don’t even have that many users logging on to Presentaion Server 3.0 servers. I am in a mixed mode at the time running XP fr2 and Presentation Server 3.0. Only presentation server 3.0 servers show up in the server list which I totally expected but why do they show up multiple times? This is a big problem so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated… |
| jpitsch609 | I had this problem once and I took care of it by restarting the citrix license service. Or whatever it’s called. Rebooting the box would do the same thing.
