Citrix Licensing required licens for metaframe xp on win2k

Peter chua I am a bit confused with the licensing issue.

I intend to use metaframe xp on a win2k system
What are the license required?

Do i have to purchase a terminal server license for the citrix machine?

For the license server, what licenses do i need? Since all my client PC are on win2k, as far as i know i dont have to buy any TS CAL licenses right?
