Citrix Password Manager - Remeber password problem

Toon Dillen Hello,

We have deployed Citrix Password Manager 3.0 and it works fine.
When we access a webpage the Password Manager asks if we would like to save the password.

For one webpage I accidently clicked “never”, but now I want to save this webpage with the Password Manager and he never asks it again when I access that particular webpage.
How can I tell him to “forget” that I said ‘never’. I tried to create it manually, but that doesn’t seem to work either.

Joel Kattermann Hello Toon,
To recover from selecting the “never” option for remembering your credentials, simply open the webpage you would like to have the credentials stored for, right click the agent icon in the system tray and select “Logon Using MetaFrame Password Manager”. The agent should then highlight the fields and prompt you to enter credentials again (Yes, Not Now, Never). Good luck.

Paul Wilson Try opening the web page and selecting “Logon using MetaFrame Password Manager” from the systray icon context menu.

This action forces the MPM Agent to manually detect the page and provide the option again.
