citrix3 Clients timing out

Jim Gignac We have recently installed Presentation Server 3.0 WEB Interface on Windows 2003. We access 3 Citrix servers in a single farm. The Citrix servers are running on Windows 2000, Service Pack 4. The Citrix XPe servers are also at Service Pack 4. Since installing PS 3.0 WEB Interface, the clients are timing out and getting kicked out of their applications after about 30 minutes of idle time. I’ve followed the instructions on Tech Document CTX103672. I’ve added the line
%26lt;sessionState timeout=”120″ /%26gt; under the %26lt;system.web%26gt; area in the file web.config. I’ve also changed the properties in the DefaultAppPool on IIS 6 to 120 minutes. as per the Tech Doc. I reboot the server just to be sure that it took effect. The clients are still timing out after about 30 minutes.

Any ideas. Please help ! :)
