Citrix Web Interface NFuse

Andrew Hairston After the 3 laptop users login using the web and click on any published apps all they get is a blue screen, if I check the connection status the server is unknown application unknown.
All other 40 users can connect no problem.

Laptop:
2 XP Pro SP1 IE6 SP1
1 XP Pro SP2 IE6 update version,;SP2
Sam Jacobs What version of Web Interface are you running ?
What version of the ICA client are your laptop users running ?
Does your XP SP2 user have the SP2 patch ?

Guest I would check to see if any of them have HP4050 printer drivers.

I had this one lady who had the driver and everytime she logged on, it would crash the server.
Andrew Hairston We use all Lanier Printers, but I did check, on HP driver
