Citrix 4.5 Installing PS4.5 x32 HRP02

Remmon Roque I have a farm of 10 servers, recently i have been testing a number of patches to bring the farm upto speed on a number of servers, without issue so far.

My question is, what is the best practice for installing R02?

The manual says basically ‘Run Installer’ and thats about it, does installing R02 remove all the previous hotfixes from the console and replace them with itself?
Is it ok to install R02 on a test machine within the same farm as R01 or is it required to be installed on the data collector first then remaining? Obviously i dont want to install it on all boxes in the farm in one hit due to the number of problems being reported.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
