Citrix 4.5 UseClientIP does not use client’s IP

Rick Cromi PS 4.5 on Win2003 R2 x64 servers.
Have set up UseClientIP method as in Admin guide and CTX107574.

Trying to verify with use of NetAppWin (as described in CTX107574) but IP is always that of server and not the client.

I’ve reviewed all the steps in AG and CTX document many times, but I’m not seeing what the problem is.

Any ideas?
