Citrix Password Manager - passwort indicate

I have citrix presentation server 3 with password manager 4,1 sp1 agent 4.1.300.2 in the CONSOLE adjusted that is not the users their passwords sees if the user the passwords indicate letting wants goes that. where is the problem???
