citrix4Computer locks up

sauebukken1 Hey,

I’m working in support.
I have come across the following problem:
user sitting in front of an xp machine, using a citrix conection (published apps).
If this user takes a brake, then sometimes the computer locks up, and sometimes it dont..
So i think this is user related (since nobody else is calling about this). so we reset the user profile. This does not help..
It seems this problem is “haunting” this user. it occurs Every day, and on every machine…
Any possible tips?
I’ am about to create a new user for this one (the only thing i can think of…)

Several settings are controlled by gpo’s.

sauebukken1 No, i dont want to disable screensaver.

The problem is, that programs becomes non-responsive after some time, when the computer has been locked (ctrl-alt del –%26gt; lock workstation)
or when screensaver is activated. (you have to press ctrl-alt-del to unlock it)
Its no problem to unlock it, but the programs does not respond.
it seems to me that the local system hangs, but I am unable to tell if it is computer related or citrix-client related or user related (profile or something)

I just wondered if anyone has experienced similar problems.
