| Jeff Riechers | To permanently fix these issues I have taken to switching the citrix print manager to running under a local system account instead of the CitrixSMA account. If you have any security beyond the defaults in your domain can cause the SMA to hiccup.
Also if you upgraded users, check to make sure that they have fresh user roaming profiles. I have seen old printer data left over from XP or 3.0 trip up the new 4.0 print engines. |
