Whether you select “unlock my account” or “reset my password”, the same “Identify your account” screen loads. On this screen, the “Log on to” field is defaulting to the domain the server is in and does not provide a pull down option to select another domain. Yes, the user can type over the value in this field, but then we have a whole “other” problem.. Have confirmed the value in this field is following the servers domain. All of my customer accounts are in Domain1 and my servers are in Domain2. Does anyone know how to force value for the “log on to” field to Domain1 when the server is in Domain2? Or even maybe provide a pull down for selection of domain? Much appreciated |
