We apologize for any inconvenience. We have a problem with the connection to Web applications from farm on a single server using the IP service. There are no errors in the viewer events. If we make a connection using the internal IP working properly, but not with the public IP. The problem seemed that there was a problem in translation tables, but the most rare is that restarting the IMA service is working properly.

The error that appears to connect via web is:
Unable to connect to the server Citrix MetaFrame.
The Citrix MetaFrame server is not available, try later.
