citrix3 Error 26005. Could not start IMA Service in TX_MF_IMA_StartIMAService State

I have a problem installing PS3 p氓 W2KSP4. I’s a fresh machine only Framework 1.1 og MDAC 2.8 The message %26lt;Error 26005. Could not start IMA Service in TX_MF_IMA_StartIMAService State=1%26gt;

The Citrix’s solution on this problem has no effect.

This problem occur only when I install server 2+ in the farm.
The farm is also new, created by the first installed server.
The database is Based on a SQL-server 8.0 located elsewhere.

A lot has been written on this problem, but no one has a explarnation or even better a solution.

Has anyone has a clue or a solution ?

have you tried and install MetaFrame creating a new local database first and then join the farm?

My problem is solved, - I have done the BIG mistake downloading PS3 from myCitrix, and this version don’t work. (It’s removed now) When I installed from the original CD everything is OK.
mawillis Ahh! Thats interesting, I have been having the same problem. Did you have to clean out your DataStore using DSCheck before re-installing MetaFrame using the CD version?
