Citrix Password Manager - PAssword Manager License error

Sujatha Raghavan Hi All,

I am getting the below error message, i have changed the license model from Named user to concurrnet user.

Any ideas???

“License status: Cannot acquire a license. This Citrix Password Manager Agent is running in grace period.
Grace period will expire at: 4:31:31 AM, Friday, February 23, 2007.
The required license is not installed.
Error code: -18.”

Even when u continue without validation, ur password mgr agent would be working for a grace period of 96 hrs….
I am not sure why we get this error though…
Please let me know if you find a soln
