citrix3 Print option greyed out when trying to print

Kyriacos Kyriacou Hi,

We seem to have a issue with the HP 4365 MFP (installed on a printer server) printer that is installed in our farm.
Randomly on all the servers when the clients try print the printer is mapped however the print option is greyed out.

if you try go into the properties of the printer and then exit it seems to allow you to print then.

It happens randomly 6-7 times a day to different users

we tried removing the driver and reinstalling however the same issue still remains.
