I’m trying to understand the shadow taskbar, I would like to give some collegues persmissions to shadow other users.

I have add the user and myself to the “configured accounts”
I’m citrix administrator and I can use the shadow taskbar, I see users and so on. But the other does not see any users in the shadow taskbar after exploring.

I think I missed something, but still can’t find anything. Searched the forums here, and find an article but I don’t know where they talking about, I cant find the options / setting / policys where they talkin about: http://forums.citrix.com/thread.jspa?threadID=78920%26#38;tstart=0
