citrix4Problems when saving archives xls in drive share

Fabio Urias Hi ,

My name is Fabio Urias and I am with the following problem :

When saved or export the archives of the application in format xls delay excessively.
There脗麓re patch or any solution to correct this problem? I do not have problems with the too much extensions.
