Just in the last few days, Password manager has been acting strange.

After having an app configured and running, password manager is now displaying a prompt for the app that each time the user tries to visit the page. If the user clicks OK, PM submits the credentials and logs into the app. The user didn’t have to change anything - just click OK.

We’re reset the credentials by deleting the entry and re-adding it. Most of the time it works the first time and fails the second time.

The error I get is:

The application did not accept the credentials submitted by password manager. To try again, click OK. To update you credentials, enter new logon inforation and click OK. To log on manaually, click cancel.

Again, I have verified that PM has the right credentials. Click OK submits the credentials and logs in fine.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?
