Citrix Password Manager - Error:Data integrity Status is not initialized

Ajay Kumar Suri Hi All,

I have suddenly started getting the “Error:Data integrity Status is not initialized” while doing provisioning from the Access Suite Console.
It was working fine yesterday.
I looked at the Agent installation and Data Integrity module is not installed. What could be the reason here?

Data integrity is not required for the provisioning service.

Ajay,
Look at your CPM Service install and check to see if the Data Integrity module has been installed and or configured there. If DI has been enabled on your central store you can disable it with the CTX signing tool CtxSignData.exe located on your service machine. You can also use the CtxSignData tool to verify if your central store contains DI signatures, please see page 319 of the Admin guide for more details.
