Citrix 4.5 Client printer auto-creation fails
| Karen Lavis | I’m having trouble with remote users unable to connect client printers. If I restart the Citrix Print Manager and the Print Spooler on my server, then log in to the remote machine with administrative rights the printer will auto-create. Then I log of and the user logs in and the printer auto-creates for the user, too. I read a KB article that said I should upgrade DSCHECK. I’m currently running v. 4.5.1 and they recomment at least v. 5.9. I also read that it’s included in a hotfix PSE450W2K3019, but I can’t seem to find that hotfix available for download. Please help! |
