Citrix Password Manager - User details credentials blank….

Brian Thornton Some users after working away with Password Manager for a couple of weeks……have come across a problem with a some of them where by their applications are still set-up but their [b]username[/b] and [b]password[/b] fields are blank. Has anyone come accross this issue? If so wat is the cause and how did you resolv it?

We are using an NT File share for our Password Manager Store. We are using it in a Presentation Server environment. Users are moving between servers all the time.
