Citrix Licensing Metaframe XPs 1.0 Lic issue

Jimmy Janash hi, we are in the middle of upgrading a client with an old version of citrix running metaframe XPs 1.0.

my question is, if i upgrade the server to SR3 would i need to re-license the server? do i need another license to run on a SR3?
