Citrix 4.5 HELP!! Point of Sale Receipt Printers
| Aldo Simmons | My Head is Going To Explode! Presentation Server 4.5 on Windows 2003 R2 — Connecting to server via Program Neighborhood over internet(Client v11)– In the Point of Sale configuration, I need to be able to select a printer that will have the same name every time. I have been told that configuring the App to print to “Printer X In Session 1″ will cause the App to break if the Point Of Sale station connects and the printer is “Printer X in Session 2″. I had it configured to print to the Citrix LPT1 and it redirects to the client. But, this causes serious lag time. I basically need a session printer that always has the same indentification.
