Rich Erhart Is Citrix Licensing 11.5 supported with Presentation Server 4.0/Win 2003?
I’d like to upgrade our licensing server now in preparation for our upgrade to XenApp 5 in 2009.

The new license server is backwards compatible and will support previous Presentation Server versions

It will upgrade (install over the top).
You do need to install the latest Java Runtime environment first. Recently when I upgraded it was JRE 6 update 11.

Only things to watch I found were if you have WMI monitor the Citrix License server. Fix can be found here http://forums.citrix.com/thread.jspa?threadID=238096%26#38;tstart=0
