Citrix Password Manager - Password Manger 4.x asking for the previous primary password

Can any one provide me the details for solving this Password manager problem as per below,

After reseting the windows ADS user password then logging in to the Citrix while opening the published application I am getting the Password manger message asking the user to enter the [b]“PREVIOUS PRIMARY PASSWORD - To Continue using the Citrix Password Manager please confirm your identity by providing your previous primary password”[/b]

When a user芒聙聶s password is changed in a way that the agent can not detect (i.e. such as administratively resetting a users password via AD) the next time that user logs into a system with the CPM agent it will detect the change in the primary authentication and be required to perform a key recovery.

The key recovery process is configurable in the admin console at the “User Configuration” level. Keys can be recovered using 3 methods:

1. Previous password
2. Question-Based Authentication
3. Automatic Key Recovery

For more information on which key recovery method best fits your requirements please see chapter 9 found on page 87 of the admin guide.

Based on the CPM prompt you are receiving you either have configured previous password as your key recovery method (in which the only way to re-authenticate to the CPM agent is with the users previous password) or Automatic Key Recovery is failing and falling back to the previous password method in which case you need to resolve your issue with AKR.
