citrix3 Performance Issues with SAP Business One.

Our company recently installed a wink2k3/Citrix MF 3.0 solution to accompany our “SAP Business One” install, as we will have users in different states vpn’ing in to enter infomation. One of the issues we are having is that through Citrix a certain process (Computer Process not Human, No Human Interaction required for this process.) takes almost 3 minutes to complete (Citrix server is connected to SQL Server via wired GBIT), While using the SAP Client on the local network (Connected straight to the SQL server at 11mb Wireless) Takes only 50 Seconds. Our Citrix Server is running Dual Xeon 3ghz with 4g Ram, and constant monitoring shows this does not seem to be the issue as it rarly is under stress (only 15 users max on the system). I also am preety sure its not the power of the server causing the issue as it takes the same amount of time to complete with 1 person on the server as it does for 10 etc. We have approached SAP Directly with the issues but i just wanted to make sure there was nothing Citrix had to say, as im sure it will be a finger pointing match. Any Comments/Suggestiong would be greatly appreciated. |
