I am working as Citrix administrator. We have 2 forms that is CPS4.0 and XP3
We have 25 servers and 500 users.

I am frequently getting a log related to print spooler. Event ID is 7031

That exact log is #
The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

I don’t know how to resolve this issue.
I have downloaded strees pinter also
With that i executed that tool also. But my doubt is am I need to run that tool on all my citrix server (25 servers)

Please post replies on this how can I troubleshoot this and how can resolve this issue.
It is very urgent to me.

Kindly review Microsoft Service Pack which fixes this issue with Spooler Service crashing.
Windows 2003 Sp2.
