citrix4Server license acquistion error

Norm Wallace Hello everyone.

I have citrix metaframe PS 4.0.3 installed. With a 20 pack license file.

This problem just started recenlty. When a user connects through NFUSE, RDP, ICA (from inside or out) it will give the error…..

MetaFrame Presentation Server License acquistion error (-25): Unable to acquire a license from (name of server). Please contact administrator.

Any ideas?
Norm Wallace The error pop up box will display after trying to login to the server using ICA or RDP connections.

The event view only shows a replica of the message i wrote below.

The hotfix i have on the server is pse400w2kr03. I dont know to much about it because a 3rd party set this all up. I’ve been trying to contact them of course but no luck so far.

Werid thing - If i use my vista machine (RDP) i can connect just fine to the server. If i use any xp or 2003 machine i cant.

I have similar issue but a little different. I am receiving the same error as describe in CTX112945 but what is weird is in the error message I noticed the Citrix server is pointing to itself instead the License Server.

I have 4 servers in the farm. 2 server are fine and 2 are not. How do I make the other 2 servers also pointing to the License Servers.

At the moment I not able to RDP to these 2 server but i verify the Farm License settings is pointing to the correct Licence server.
