citrix3 Keyboard focus problem

Richard White I’ve got this problem as well. It’s only occured since upgrading to W2K3 SP1/Citrix SP4/Hotfix rollout

I’d say it’s a bug in one of the above.

Dana Holsomback We are using Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 4.0 on Windows Server 2003 R2. We are running MS Office 2003 published seamlessly so the users see the apps as running “locally.”

When a user starts a new Email message in MS Outlook, clicks the To: button, picks the recipient, clicks OK, we lose keyboard focus. We retain mouse focus and can regain keyboard focus by switching to another app or dialog box and returning to the new message. We can also regain focus by ALT+TABing out of the new dialog box.

Is there a fix for this? I have tried inserting the proper registry fix @ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI but without any change in experience.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Not using seamless apps is not an option. :(
