citrix3 OWA freeze when trying to open PowerPoint file (only via ICA)

Dudu Broda Hi everyone,

I have 2 Metaframe Servers.
On each server, I installed Office 2003 SP2.
My users open ICA sessions to Exchange 2003 SP2 OWA.
When they try to open ppt files … the window is freezing.

I tried to create a blank ppt file and it does the same (no problem when I don’t work terminal).
The problem is not occurring when I open OWA via RDP (the problem is specific to ICA connections).

Is there anyone an idea before my users kill me ? :)
