Citrix 4.5 Filter local installed printers on server

James Van Roosb… We have a list of local printers installed (configured to print to AS400 - not possible via print server).

Is there a way (policies?) to filter the list the user sees when he logs on via thinClient.

Goal is to only list 2 printers to the user instead of total list of about 12 printers.

You could deny security rights for these users on the
actual printer object. They won’t have access or see
the printers then.

But this is not so manageable, could this be achieved via a Citrix policy so that I can filter via IP range?

Ideal would be a rule like “if IP not in range X to Y then deny access to printer Z”
