Citrix Web Interface Web Interface Printing

Mike Fortunado Re: MetaFrame Presentation Server 4.0: I’m unable to control the creation of printer names in the Web interface, and this creates problems with the 16-bit application the printer must serve. Long printer names do not work, and making modifications to created printers seems to have permission restrictions. Our customers cannot print their reports, and we and they are frustrated.

I know how to create and modify created printers in the Presentation Server Console and Citrix Connection Configuration Tool (ICA 3.0), but these settings don’t seem to affect printers created thru a Web interface connection on our company’s Web site. Using Legacy printer names works for this application, but I can’t figure out how to apply those to the Web interface-created printers at our customers’ offices.
