Citrix Web Interface Running Web Interface on x64 OS

Matthew Kramer Does anyone know if the web Interface is known to run on windows server 2003 R2 x64?

The Readme64 file on the presentation server x64 cd says that it is only known to run on 32-bit.

However, since I was able to make the license server run on x64, I am wondering if this is not the case with the Web interface. This configuration is with IIS 32-bit enabled.

Running Presentation server 4.0 x64 has a number of special tweaks that need to be made in order for proper configuration. Namely, separation of xml service port and the http: port 80, the manual installation of the STA scripts directory, and what seems like a number of other things.

Of course any one of these components will likely cause some sort of problem if missing, set incorrectly. Perhaps this is why I have not seen too many posts in regards to CPS4 x64..

Matthew Kramer I was able to get everything working finally.. What appeared to be a problem with the web interface was really a port problem with the STA authentication.

This is because the ports 80/8080 are not shared in the x64 version. The web Interface must have the correct port info to function properly. I was able to get all 32bit components to work in all chosen server 2003 x64 with IIS 32bit enabled.
