citrix4Server still in database and can not be removed the farm

Andrew Moll I was in the process of upgrading from PS 4.0 to PS 4.5.
On one server running Windows 2003 SP1 I uninstalled PS 4.0 from the server.
Prior to installing PS 4.5 I checked the farm with one server running PS 4.0 and the server in question remained in the farm. I checked from another server running PS 4.5 and still saw the server in question.
I tried deleting the server from the farm using the MC in PS 4.0 but this did not work, so I tried using AMC in PS 4.5 and it still would not remove the server.
dscheck /clean did not help.
The server in question does not have any remnants of Citrix on it.
Any help would be appreaciated.
Jarian Gibson Have you tried dscheck /full servers /clean?
