| I have a user who needed an Administrator to reset their password. Now when they login they are being asked to confirm their identity with either their previous password or answering the security questions. However, they can’t remember their previous password or the answers to their security questions. If they click CANCEL on the confirm your identity window, the following message appears:
Password Manager did not accept the authentication attempt. This may be caused by switching between authentication methods. Contact your administrator for assistance.
I tried uninstalling the agent, deleting the users folder from citrixsync$\People and deleting the local Application Data\Citrix folder. When I reinstall the agent it remembers and the confirm your identity window pops back up.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. |
