Saravanan S Do you have W2k3 sp1 , I had seen IE crash after sp1 install?

I have the same issue for one of our clients. I will try the workaround, but yes non-seamless windows are annoying. If you have any updates on fixes please let me know.

Nick Palumbo I think I have the solution to your problem. For a remote access solution we run Synapse 3.1 on our PS 4.0 Servers.

If you enable these two registry edits on your Synapse Citrix Servers the users will not see the DLL error message.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet\Control\Windows
“ErrorMode“=dword:00000002

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions
“NoCrashDetection”=dword:00000001

Again we only applied these edits to our Citrix PACS servers, but it did resolve our DLL error message problem.
Nick Palumbo Yes, I had to create these registry entries.

To get Synapse to work with 4.5 - Roll-up 01 correctly I had to also install the following Citrix hotfix:

PSE450R01W2K3027.msp

This resolved the problem with images not displaying.
