Citrix Web Interface Double Login!

Keith Wroblewski Can anyone give any advice as to what might be causing this.

NFuse 1.7 Classic connecting through the DMZ (using SSL’d Secure Gateway 1.1) to Citrix XPa.

Sometimes on the first login to NFuse, it refuses the login with incorrect username/password. However, sometimes it works first time.

What is odd though is this:

On my laptop, it never used to ask for a 2nd login, now it always asks. On my PC, it never asks, and on my PDA it never asks.

Some users never get the 2nd login, some always get it.

It’s very odd.

We are replacing the XPa server with PS4 very soon. Is this problem likely to be with that and therefore will go away or it it more likely with the NFuse box?

Keith Wroblewski Changed our XPa server for a PS4 server (completely clean install on new hardware) and we STILL have this problem.

Doesn’t matter what you put as the first login - you can put garbage and let it fail and then it lets you log in second time no problem, so it seems it’s not a genuine login failure.

Help would be much appreciated as it’s very annoying.
